Rehab Center: Diamondback Healthcare Center

Diamondback Healthcare Center is a new upscale, all-private room skilled nursing facility located at 91st Avenue and Thomas Road in Phoenix. The 70-bed sub-acute rehabilitation center provides physical, occupational, speech, and recreational therapies, a respiratory care wing for those relying on ventilators and tracheostomies, and an in-house dialysis suite. We focus on quality care in a comfortable setting where patients never share a room—now accepting Medicare patients!

Diamondback includes the 10,317 sq foot memory care Pavilion, a long-term residential setting providing residents with highly specialized 24/7 nursing care, and a Montessori-inspired living program. The Pavilion is projected to begin accepting patients in 2022.
