Horizons Living & Rehabilitation Center is a sixty-five bedroom skilled nursing and rehab facility, consisting of furnished private and semi-private rooms. We are located in the scenic midcoast town of Brunswick, Maine. Our home is designed for those who wish to maintain an independent lifestyle, but require assistance with personal case and home making chores. Life at Horizons Living & Rehabilitation Center involves a plethora of wonderful amenities and comforts to those who live here.
