Menorah Park’s Marcus Short-Term Post-Hospital Rehabilitation Center specializes in helping all adults as we age return home successfully following a hospital stay.

Our post-hospital rehab team creates individualized plans for each client, assuring that every person gets the level of care that best meets their needs. Staff team members include a physician, nurse, therapists, social workers and a dietitian; they all work together to develop a plan of action to help the client return home as soon as possible. Most importantly, at the center of the post-hospital rehab team are the client and family.
